I havn’t climbed for several weeks. This is bad, as it’s resulted, shockingly enough, in myself being more tired and worn out after every day of work. Taking a break from sitting in a chair, and hauling my ass up a vertical incline, has done wonders for my mental and physical well-being.

Went rock-climbing again yesterday after work. And, to my complete surprise, managed to climb a particularly challanging boldering route and haul this body over the peek. The route has bugged me since I started climbing. I’m quite glad to have managed this feat; now I just need to repeat this dependably.
Scaled some walls with Chris, Trav and Jen today, at the Gibraltar rock climbing facility in Windsor. Tore up my hands some, which made operating power windows somewhat difficult, typing doubly so. Bought a month pass for 60$CAD. I plan to venture unto thse pebbly slopes once each week.
