		<description>Maybe you're right. In this entire class no-one mentioned that everything we were doing showcased Java's dark side.

I still think everything's-an-object sucks though. I'd rather take direct memory access anyday.</description>

Java is actually a remarkably awesome language, when it's used for what it's intended for. It sucks on the desktop, but really rocks on the server side. Witness the huge number of commercial Java application servers, banking systems etc.
