Fred Gallagher finished up Circuity, his Haibane Renmei / Megatokyo Omake, today. There has been little conclusion intoward whether Largo* actually survived the encounter. Just as occured within the last omake, however, Piro is the only one left standing. That time, it was a result of his proactive assault of his coplayers. This time, however, his lack of demise is a direct result of his fear of trying, his fear of failure.
If you are too afraid to try.. Then you will never succeed.

Viewing of Haibane Renmei is not nessessary to understand the gist of this short story. However, I fully recommend its viewing. It’s a bit of a whimsical if somber story, not nearly so dark as some make it out to be.
I’m truely glad that J has gotten a chance to get to know the Haibane and their lifestyle.
