MNSi

I just got a phone call from Steve at MNSi, regarding my desire to work for his illustrious company.

It seems that the reason he had not called me back prior was a combination of elements, none of which were him not wanting to hire me.

1. Steve has been away from his phone alot, so has spent a lot of time playing phonetag. And, since I did not often leave messages, I never got through.
2. MNSi is still working on a large porting project, taking many man-hours which would have otherwise been spent on training new people.
3. They have barely enough people as it is, and want to hire new people right away.
4. Steve commented that my schedule is “pretty open”, in particular noting how empty my evenings and weekends are presently.

In approximately a month we hope to be hearing back from Steve.
