As I am running a wordpress blog, I have recently been getting more and more comment spam. I turned on comment moderation for spam words and comments with more than 3 links (as all the comment spam I was getting seemed to have 4+). However, it still doesn’t seem like a very good solution.

I was comment spammed shortly after Shannon was. This is the first time I’ve noticed this happen, and will thus be investigating just what can be done about it. Maybe there’s some central blacklist repository of comment-spams that the WP software can check against when comments are posted. Hmm..
